[Project: UserSystem] Updates

Hey,

Just some updates, took a little break from UserSystem so heres what I have done after that break:

- Edited the coding for better performance
- Added template caching system for even better performance
- Infraction System (Like vBulletin)
- Added a pure CSS layout for the adminCP
- Added some SQL tools (Backup, optimize tables, etc.)

Still working on that long list redtom gave me though

It will take some time, I don't want to rush it. Plus there are no public demos at the moment, PM me for a private demo though.

Note: This is not designed to be a habbo usersystem, although it will include a habbo add-on (Can't lose out on all those potential clients can we now?)
