    Default Head/Neck Pain

Ok, this morning I was playing with my little sister and her mate.

My sister jumped on my back lightly. Then I got a pain on my neck and head.

I cannot move my head, get up. Or move anywhere.

I have been stuck in her room all day since 7am. My mum had to get my breaky. I took neurofen at 7.30am And Ibroprofen 12.25pm .

It kills and I feel paralised. I got my self In a position to used the laptop.

I know Habboxforum always give answers So I got straight on.

I usually pull my neck muscle at the back and to the right when I make a bad movement, usually happens while I play badminton.
When I slipped on the stairs I hit my back on the corner of the above step and I couldn't move at all but just hold your breath for a while. That's what I did. Take short breaths and hold it. Then when it wore off I would gradually take bigger breaths. Though I wasn't paralysed as such for that long.

Sounds bad. I guess you need to take some painkillers, and you should go to the dispensary/pharmacy to get some medicine. (they will recommend what medicine to take). If all else fails, you need to go to the hospital .
