I cant remember who posted this so im not sure of its accuracy but the Gold HC badge has conditions as to whether it shines or not

I think its something like, if you're normal hc and you have your badge showing their badge sparkles, if your badge is hidden it doesnt or something like that :S

Yeah as Nick said, it didn't stop at a particular time - it just randomly stops and starts all the time. Although Nick pointed out the rule above.

That applied before V12 (are we on V11 or V12 now?) but when it came out it stopped sparkling altogether.

I was consoled about this a few days ago but figured it would already have been posted. Looks like it wasnt
