Zantetsuken: stolen from Final Fantasy ^_^ It means "iron cutting sword" literally, so basically a dagger tongue.

Pouilly-Fuissé: region of France where various Chardonnays are grown.

Paramour: lover/mistress, these final two lines basically say that the "lover" has no real love, is acting it.

Heretofore: up to this point.
