Any knwo how to get rid of BIG lag problems?
I've got Sun java edition 6
Version 1.6.0 (build 1.6.0_01-b06)
And its lagging like MAD? anyone else got this problem and anyone now how to solve it? :S

I just did..
Also when i first go onto runescape i open runescape and Java auto opens then both of them crash i need to go to Task maanger then processes to end process to be able to open it again then when i reopen it it does the same for ages >_>

Now i get a message saying other programs using java even though its only RS + nVidia settings that opens, nothing to do with Java?
Sorry for double posting, but its adding information.

Yep its been done
I do all the basic stuff, like AD-aware, Registry, Virus, Spyware, etc scans first.
