Well basically unless they start spamming/abusing/distributing your information then you really can't do anything about it. Although I don't see why them having that is such a big deal?

Eg. For the contact form on my site I log the IP, Host/ISP, Browser and Referrer?

I (and a lot of other people) could get your IP address, and consequently your ISP, by simply having a non-caching image within a signature.

I dont know who these 'idiots' are but i highly doubt that they would start spamming forums saying 'hahahaha have [N]'s IP and ISP

Well if they/ there servers are based in the country the they are in.

If you, them and there servers are based in England then they have to delete it. Although it is illegal to keep old, unused data for ages; getting the law involved would be pretty hard. I think all forums should allow user to delete or soft delete (remove emails and other information).

Just change your email on the account, save your self the time
