Basically.. I eat ALOT of crap! simple can't put it any better lol.. I just love fizzy drinks, sweets, and for foods I eat like pizza, sausage n mash etc.. Now my skin isnt exactly amazing yet I don't have a million spots! but I seem to have really dry skin.. I can wipe a jumper on my skin and little white dots well little segments of skin comes off.. Sooo.. my teeth arn't exactly shaped well! They're a meer white colour but overcrowded so getting braces.. but as a whole.. I feel really dry! My scalp is dry also.. no it's not dandruff because that is large flakes of skin.. I just have little dots of it and I need to make myself more oily! I dunno.. so what can I do!.. I use clearisil but I also wipe my face with a flannel which makes it soft for a while then it starts going dry again. I use moisturiser but it dosn't seem to do the trick. I eat fruits rarely.. 3 or 4 portions.. a week! and vegetables i'm not too keen on.. any advice?!

Try eating them, but in smaller portions. You can go out with your mates, so you can share food, have a bit of everything

    Hope this helps.

Go to asda and buy the sommer fruits salad box for £1 (at the fruit section on trial price). All the time you come in from school/work, eat about 1/3rd of it and go out on your bike/go for a jog regularly. Not only are you improving your skin, but your bones and muscles too. I've got advice if you drink the Fizzy Lucozade... STOP. One, it lowers your sperm levels and two, it makes you itchy/skin go dry (usually around your ears/neck).

Get some Clinique soap, they have different skin types, are quite effective, come in a mens range but also a bit expensive, like one bar of soap I bought was £20 and this was from Beaties btw.
