this is kinda gross, but oh well.

for like 2 months i've been constantly coughing up phlegm, I've not had a cold or anything so I don't know whats causing it.
    anyone know?

(not going to doctors so don't post that)

if you smoke- probably smokers cough,

if not - go see a dr about it, might be nothing, might be something, dunno.

Sometimes your body just builds up a lot of mucus, especially if you have a very acidic diet. Or.. it could be a chest infection

If you have allergies then it does build up more mucus but if you haven't got a cold?? Any asthma in the family. If the phlegm is clear then probably nothing to worry about but if it is any other colour you should get some medical advice as it can lead to something more serious. If you smoke thats what happens.

See a doctor? Do you smoke? History of asthma? Secondary smoking? inhaling lots of car fumes? ect.

I had this, lasted for half a year! I constanly kept coughing up phlegm, it got so bad I had to have time off school. Docters couldn't find anything wrong, but then in the summer it all got better!

Sometimes now, I get a day of it, then it's gone for a month or so.

Hope you get better! It really isn't a nice thing
I wont be on so much this week - but I'll be on. :8
