Will you slice and code my layout for me?

Hey. I really need my layout coded for Habboroom.com and would really
appreciate it if someone could slice and code it for me. I did make this
layout and furni.info did rip it previously but they have taken it down and I
have made some modifications to the layout. Here it is.

If anyone could code this for me that would be fantastic and much
appreciated also. Here's a list of things I need doing to it:

The Navigator has to scroll out like the one on Habbomeadow
Text Boxes and changable areas of the layout when neccessary

If you can do this for me then we can talk more about it on MSN messenger.
