Content Management System

A mockup design for a CMS. It's simple yet modern and easy to use. For the majority of you who don't know me, I'm a graphic designer. Check out my portfolio (which is still being built - new version in flash) at wewt.co.uk. I've designed a CMS and am looking for someone to code it. Should it be coded correctly and all features added I'm pretty sure we could sell it for a nice sum. I need someone who is proven with HTML, PHP and mySQL and anything else is a bonus. I need someone who can show me work they've created. I need someone that people can vouch for their trust. I need someone who knows how to code this!
