Yes its real, you do use a mic for it. I prefer ventrilo, just google them and you get the info you need.

They are programs, Nothing to do with WoW really. They are abit like Skype in a way.

yeh im close to 65 on shaman, 953k rested exp has lasted me 3 levels now..lol, about 300k left

i found vent to be easy to setup.
