Sticky Background

The background is kinda stuck in the middle?
Can i get it to stick at the bottom?

Ive done that hasnt really done anything :S


EDIT: I changed it to repeat x It works + Rep

if u want it at the bottom, keep it how it is but remove the repeat and change the background hex to the colour of the top line of the image
