Well if you have done mm and have 43 you should train at the monkey guards the big ones its good because there is an altar right near so you can keep recharing your prayer and they heal just like monks so more xp
all you need is about 10 food 5 anti pots because theres spiders and thier annoying and you can stay there for ages good xp

The best places to train in general are,

Experiments but they get boring so it depends how your patience is because they drop nothing so its boring, even though you aren't bothered about drops it always passes on the time.

Fire giants have good drops but can hit fairly well on you but good to train at.

The ogres are always good

And finally rock crabs but they are low level but doesn't matter

Personally i would say the ogres or fire giants
