Hi... i just got my brace fitted yesterday top and bottom with brackets and it really really hurts is teher anything i can do for it? and how long will the pain stay for??

Well a paracetemol could always help however i found just trying hard 2 forget about it is the best way for the pain to stop, it should stop after a couple of days reali but may take up 2 a week, just think about wots at the end of the tunnel...........PERFECT TEETH!

take some paracetomol and it may last up to 4 days, in the end u get good teeth so put up with it

yep i do had them put in early january this year it feels normal now though its suprising how easy it gets

don't worry it don't hurt when they put it on!!! it takes 4eva though!!!
