Erm.. never seen your first so i can say your getting better or not.

The black borders are abit too thick
The emboss on the buttons is too thick
The banner is nice but don't like the text
Don't really like the gradient of the bottom bar.

Try black and a really dark grey and put the scale to 0.

I like that sort fo gradient
Looking for a good desiner to design a social networking template.

    PM me.

Iv got the idea of the design your trying to do, but don't use those sort of things.. like buttons etc.

Yeh lower/remove the emboss, change the bottom bar so its not radial and its a slight gradient and theres a big white line around the car.

I like it, I'm not too sure about the grey/silver box though.

    Overall, I think it's good - +rep.

Whats going on with the car? You'r not suppost to keep the shadow of the car in the render you add that your-self once you've renderd it, also you need to touch up your rendering, I don't have time to comment on the layout it's self I've got to go.
