How do you think Liverpool capital of culture 2008 will effect Liverpools tourism?

At the moment Liverpool has quite alot of tourism, but next year its the big 2008 which means Liverpool will have Capital of culture status,

Alot of work has undergone on the city in a bid to attract tourists, however what do you think?

I think alot more yourists will come to the city buy i dont really think it will be a good thing, Already buses and trains into the city are congested and alot of trafic hits the city everyday. More tourists means more people traveling on the buses and trains to and from hotels, The only good thing is that places like youth centres will get alot more money generated by the tourists,

So what are your views? post them below.....

I think we'll get more tourists, but I think it will be better, cos alot of people see Liverpool as a city with lots of bad points, whereas there is alot of good points and I think this will do well for Liverpool, and it's a good thing.

its good but we already have alot of tourist, you walk into town and its FULL of people from different citys/countrys its hard to find somone scouse in town these days
