    Default Problem with the T&C

Okies, so basicaly if i am thinking correct if you change the forum rules and we do no agree to them, then we can not be cautioned or anything because they havent agreed to the latest rules and you havent asked them, you have only asked them for the old ones.
No where does it say that you have the right to change them at anytime without forum users needing to say they agree to the new rules.
    It only says

Habboxforum.com reserves the right to modify these rules and terms and conditions at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to modify the rules at anytime without notifying you, meaing you also agree to the new ones when you sign up.

Also if you don't agree with the rules then you shouldn't sign up.

It doesnt say that in the T&C, and i do agree with the rules i am just pointing it out to habbox

So you need to make every user agree to the T&C again
AND remove all infractions, bans, etc that have been given to a user that did not need to have to agree to the new rules because they didnt break a rule they agreed to.

    It should say

nvrspk is right, you are AGREEING that you don't mind the rules changing and will agree to them if changed. It makes sense. I think they know what they're talking about, plus they notify you of rule changes and if you don't agree you aren't allowed on the forum for violation of the T&C as you agree'ed to follow any rules, whether you knew of them or not, as long as they are publicly accessible.
    That went fast.
