Ok, i have the english version. The Korean one sounds good, but i cant find a download link, anyone who can help, thanks+Rep and dont say use google nubs i have already.

You'll have trouble reading korean for the registration and website in general.
You need something like a Korean Security Number that only korean citizens have.
You'll have to pay for most of the 'good features' that WR.int doesn't have.
You'll lag.
