Warez sites!

I'm possibly thinking of making a small warez community, where we can share some files etc.

I was wondering, is it legal to post links to downloads, not actually host them (the software/games etc will be hosted by rapidshare lets say, and linked). Is it legal or illegal still, as you're only providing information on the whereabouts of the files, not actually hosting.

Why not make a P2P (Peer 2 Peer) site and not warez as P2P is legal...

people mainly use huge warez sites, would link some but theyll just infract me again

Get hosting in russia or china

but if i was you, i wouldn't as im sure linking to illegal content is illegal.

For example illegal torrent sites,

they are not hosting the illegal software etc, but they are providing the links to the torrents. and many torrent sites do get shut down

Only hosting it is illegal I should think. But if you use vBulletin you cannot post vB warez,
