Needing layout designer/coder

I'm looking to spruce up;

To make it more proffesional, a bit like www.habbox.com. There needs to be space for banner and scrolling housemates, so whatever link you click, you always see both.

News items in the middle, piddly stuff on the left, navigation at the top, under scrolling housemates, space for poll on the right.

Can anyone make a layout like that? I'm going for a summery feel, maybe the grass habbohome background as a background.

oo i like it!

but i meant navigation is on the left of the main bit
and on the right is just a long space for random stuff.
maybe a more grassy background with greyish tinges for boxes
the evicted bit needs to be bigger
