newbie to forums needs help

Good evening
As I just registered here, I do not know my way around very well.
So, sorry if my question has allready been answerd before...

I am intrested creating a forum. I do not have a clue how this works.
The only thing that I have been working with, creating webpages using html.

I wondered if there is a program that can help me create a forum, without having the knowledge needed.

For example, Dreamweaver can help you create a webpage, even if you do not know how to use html.
Is there something similar for creating forums?
