House keeping

Hello HxF people
as i have herd that there is a Housekeeping with an install file. I'm SHIZEN at Phpmyadmin bla bla bla so please could someone give me link OR make a install file??

phpmyadmin is easy....

Select the database >> Import >> get the .sql file >> upload. finished..

or if you are copy and pasting the tables do this:

Select the database >> Click SQL >> paste it in the box >> click the button and finished.
