    this is my first EVER layout it has been coded or sliced and i made it from scratch from paint. rate it out of 10 and post your thoughts please ty.

    it's to blue its need sometihng else maybe make the content boxes white or gray?

    Not bad for a paintjob, I would suggest downloading CS3 from the Abode website, you just need to register for your 30 day trail.

    Well done on your very first layout, great effort for a first try. Try to expand on that next time and make the layout a little more complex and eye catching. Well done though! + rep.

    I agree with Colin - it's a nice layout but there is too much blue - you should make the background transparent and see what it looks like then.
