    Ok well might buy a VB is it free for the add-on's like badges and arcade etc.

    Yes, once you register your VB go to Vbulletin.org which is the site with all the add-ons etc, then it asks you to prove you own the license and register then you download add-ons etc

    The reason you don't pay for the features, is because they aren't supported by Jelsoft whatsoever. Mods often have exploits in them, which mean they can be used by attackers to take over your entire forum. Also, if you have problems with your boards, the first thing Jelsoft will do before they help you is ask you to disable all modifications. Install them at your own risk!
