Well, in maths a boy called Lee (apparently the hardest boy in the year, but whatever) kept calling a friend of mine, Eduardo "Fat (the t word for breasts)" and hitting me in the ribs to watch me jump. Nearing the end of the lesson me and Eduardo were thuroughly annoyed to say the least.

Eduardo called Lee a (T word for breasts). Lee responded with typical "hard guy" talk saying: "You think I'm a (let's just put t in brackets next time), eh? We'll see who's the (T) outside."

So this went on for the rest of the lesson. "We'll see." "Outside after lesson." And in our typical laid back style was just like "meh, ok." (But really, I was bricking it. I had never had a fight before. And "the hardest lad in our year" would be a sort of baptisim by fire. But anywho...) Then outside me and Eduardo just walked away, ignored them.

Then he hit Eduardo once on the back of his head and he swayed and almost fell over. And I could tell he was hit hard. Then he hit him on the back of the head again and said "Who's the (T) now?" I turned around and replied "You." Not the smartest idea, I know.

So for my efforts I got 2 whopping thumps on the back of my head.Then Lee turned his attention back to Eduardo and gave him another thump on the back of his head. All the time we never turned round, just ignored 'em. But I could tell Eduardo wasn't well by his glazed eyes. Turned out he had to go to hospital to get checked out for a slight concussion.

This was all on friday and it now turns out that when talking to the Year Head Lee told him that me and Eduardo swung out at Lee first. Which is rubbish. Then he asked for our stories so I told him exactly what I'm typing now.

But what I wanted to post this was to know whether I'd get in trouble or do you think I'll be ok? And what should I do to avoid him and his mates as soon as he comes back to school? (He got excluded.) Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I hope so but I'm not so sure on strict language in my school or if he'll believe Lee over me.

just tell them everything you've told us and you should be fine. and anyway, i wouldn't worry about the language since you WERE provoked. surely this lee kid should be automatically excluded for punching this kid. even if he says he was provoked, there's no doubt that he hit him. hope it all works out alright xo.

lol it sounds like this guy slapped you round the head? coz u cant exactly punch someone in the head coz it would hurt like hell, and you probably will get in trouble coz this boy will most likely get people to say you swung first

and that lee guy sounds like a ***** because hitting someone while their back is turned is like the most cowardist thing to do. obviously when their back is turned, they cant do anything. so he thinks hes such a big guy, but really he isnt.

there are ppl like that in my school and it ****** me off because they walk around all "hard", and i just want someone to kick their *** to prove that they are not and knock them back down to reality.

Fair enough, hardest kid in your school, but you atleast stand up for yourself, tell him to stop. don't ignore him. you're just giving him to benefit of the doubt.

But you see, I had a hard time at school, it wasn't bullying by people who aren't anything to me, it was my CLOSEST friends, but I thank them truely, it's made me a stronger person in general, heck I probably wasn't the coolest had all the girls along with a 9", but i'm the one thats earning to most out of all of them, i'm the one that said if I'm not that cool in social life I best make up for it in school time, hard-work pays, I bet even if you try your hardest, you'll wish in 2 years you tried harder, but don't let this phase you, people go through worse **** than you, you have a family, you have friends, you work hard.

Please understand what I'm saying, in Rastafari, we MUST never hurt ANYONE ever, if you take some wooping, who cares. it won't make you loose sleep, tommorow is a new day

You shouldn't try to avoid him..

Like I said, if he sees your weak then he'll take advantage, don't let this phase you, it has caused a lot of people to go of track at school, stupid bullys, don't worry about it, he won't do jack, you won't do anything.

BUT, what you have to learn not to do, is hate, NEVER hate, whatever he does to you.
