    Is there a limit on the amount of rooms you can own?
    I have 50 and cant make any more, 50 is decent amount for a limit though..

    Yes once you reach the limit it gives you a warning that you cannot create any more. I think 50 sounds about right.

    Yeah there is. Check lost_witness's rooms, he probably has thousands of fake donate/fan rooms and look how many are showing, take an s off it and another batch will appear.

    It only lets you make a certain ammount (50?) cos thats how many max show on searches
