If i had wow installed on my computer and my sister had it on hers, could we both play at the same time using the same account, like if i used the dwarf priest on it and she played ona human warrior or something, or would it not work.

No only one person can be logged in to the same account. Yeah you can get banned for account sharing but at the same time they probably base it on IPs so if your sister and you play at the different times on the same computer there not going to ban you o_O.

Your allowed to share accounts with family members.
