Yeah, so my best friend told me I should be a tiny bit more assertive and I should take more risks in some of the things I do. Easier said than done, Sometimes I get nervous so it becomes harder for me to do so. Also, I don't know in what ways to be assertive and that and she won't tell me.
Any help/ideas?

I didn't really add much detail cause I was going to bed. Cut a long story short, She said she likes me and I like her but she doesn't know if my feelings are genuine or not because I don't really show them openly. That's when she said I should be more y'know.
