How do i make the alerts box in power panel

How do i make the alerts box in power panel habbo like because the images are there..

but they just come up as the normal ones

The images are there as I was going to do it like that. I then found out most people didn't want Habbo style alerts.

And when i send a site alert it sends like 10 lol

There was an error with the spotlight file, I can't get the fixed version atm as I'm not on my laptop, when I am, I'll post the fixed file.

How do i remove the bit wear it says about the CSS ?
