    Default PSP WiFi

    Heya, not sure where to post this so here will do

    Anyway, I'm trying to connect to the internet on my psp with a WiFi I bought. So it creates the connection fine, then when I go to test the connection it says
    A connection error has occured.
    The attempt to obtain the IP address timed out.
    And I don't know what to do
    Please help me someone!

    Is the PSP new?
    I got mine ages back, and through ages of dropping it and stuff and mis-use, the internet on it has broken.
    Says exactly same thing as you. Dunno if itss just that, but if its new, sorry!

    Yeah I got mine for xmas the year it came out.
    I keep the software updated but after all this time it might be what you said

    Do you mean a WiFi Key?

    If so, I had a problem with that because of my wireless router.. what I did was not use it .. and use your normal connection you use for the computer on my psp.
