    Default Yeah.. Erm...

Well any tips on a good diet for this summer, I have a football season going and I am feeling ill and tired in games, I've been told of by my coach for not getting fit before the season, even though over the past few months I've done over 17 miles of running including the running in army cadets, And I've tryed only breakfast and dinner but I seem to be addicted to tea..

If you try to skip meals, you'll only feel tired. Make sure you eat fruit, veg, meat, cereals, bread and a bit of everything.

Starving yourself can actually lead to extra weight.

Quorn's protein rich, so that can be a good alternative. Avoid snacking, but if you do, go for a piece of fruit, or if you're fancying something savoury, carrots and cucumber with mayo. If you have your tea or lunch before a game or training, eat pasta or rice. You can have your sweets and chocolate, but enjoy them in moderation.
