Said that when I got 35 range. It says this is a requirment to Temple of Irok or whatever it's called.

I got that when i 1st made my skiller 9 days ago. But it only happend on that level.

No its one of those quests you know that say you need this before you start it. So your just gaining the reqs
and that is it.
