    Where is it? i know its somewhere in south east rimington but i cant find it , i need it for a clue scroll , Ive been waving all around where skippy is but that guy hasn't showed yet

    Its where the little man (dwarf) with the smithing cape is if the clue is lvl 3 i had it before i had to pay somebody to help me find him lol
