On grand theft auto san andreas you have to learn to fly yes? and i suck at that part so i was wondering if i did the cheat where it put's you're bike/car/plane stats to max will this work?

Nope it wont, if you're talking about the cheat i'm thinking off, as when i got to that stage were you have to get your pilot license, i had to complete it regardless of wheter the cheat was on or not.

There is a cheat i think to be able to fly if not just use the spawn a plane cheat

You'll still need to learn to fly to 100% compelte the storyline.

And yes just spawn a plane.

Maxing your flying skill makes you control it better anyway.

When i completed it without cheats I went and bought a cheat disc for it , there was a cheat on there which i think put your flight skills at a max.
Still i think you best do the whole flight school thing.

Get a car and park it next to the wall next to the big gate next to los santos airport. Jump onto the bonnet of your car then onto the wall. Once you over go straight then left until you get to the big plane then off you go.
Come fly with me lets fly lets fly away!

do you mean the mission on the airstrip where you have to do pilot school? if so, then no it wont work.

I cant remember what the plane was , but the one that was like the harrier jump jet , that was the coolest!

Did anynoe else find the "Boeing 747" look alike plane that you could actually fly?

Not buy a ticket , but actually fly it around San Andreas.
