    Voice FX controls everything to do with your voice and sound (speaker volume, microphone volume, pitch etc.) It's up to you how loud you want to do it. I would reccomend do Mic. volume to the highest and music volume somewhere in the middle. On the voice FX config. you should change it to record to pipeline. Make sure you have the right soundcard device (relative to your speakers/microphone).
