Hitman Blood money

Hi, I rented Hitman blood money for a week and I'm getting a little annoyed by some of the missions, on the first mission it says to distract the guard, so I tried using the coin however the only action I can do with it is Y which drops it, how do I use it properly?

You need to get the wire thing, walk behind the guard, strangle him and take his clothes.

I think that's the mission?

No hes on the very 1st level its kinda like a training level

oh i hate that first training mission.

yeah you hold in the left thumbstick and let go to throw coins. took me ages to work out.

Yeah that bit is stupid, you don't recieve any instructions. i remember I got impatient and just went out and killed them both.
