The job openings on the actual site are hardly ever updated. Just check the announcements Forum :S? They always post an announcement when there are job openings.

The habbox.com ones are only updated when a manager wants his job openings on the site as well as on the forum (usually for long term only).
If its 1 week or a few days job opening, they won't ask for it to be posted on the site, not usually anyway

Basically:
A manager usually only asks for it to be put on the site when its a long term job opening instead of a few days as it creates a hassle for the content team to add and remove them every time a new opening is made although its not a problem if the manager really wants to.

Well what MAD is saying is that the site will only be updated with job openings if the opening is going to be for a considerable amount of time. For example, it would be pointless to put something on the site if they were open for just three days.
