    Default Can you code this layout for my V13 on site?

    Heya for V13 I want a new template so can you code this one for please?

    Sorry about it being a bitmap also what would be useful is because it doesn't fit whole screen can you move it over to the right and the space on the left just leave blank with that blue so I can make advertisement image bigger. Please can you put it all in iframes too.

    Edit: It keeps filtering it out :S errr I'll try changing the bmp to gif
