Can I just ask why my Ban appeal email was never replied to, I never actually was told what I was banned for.
Tomlegend told me it would be within 2 or 3 days.
Tis now about 3 weeks.

I've just started this week to get the contact emails that are sent on weekdays. I'm not able to look at older emails, just one's from now on.

Your best bet would be to send another email. With what you were banned for if the information cannot be found.
