I really wouldn't reccomend skipping tutorial island, its very important, it teaches you how to open doors, cause on my first account, i was up to the bit where you open the door and i didnt know how, so i quit. so yeah, do tutorial island, also you will then feel more at ease knowing you are the true owner of that account.
