    Default 0rca is lazy

I send a email to her by her sulake email she replys back within a minute (hmmm, and why do they only reply sometimes in weeks to situations on the HHT) and she says "Please use the Habbo Help tool" And im like "Why cant you do it now you lazy *****." She expects people to do it for her sometimes.

I don't know what staff member does what, but maybe what you emailed her about isn't her area of work, and they take a while because they probably get thousands of emails a day and you aren't exactly going to be their number one priority are you?

If you have a problem with the hotel, then use the help tool.
Think how many habbo's out there know Sulake Staff's emails, they get 100's of emails a day, most being useless spam.

If you want a quick response, use the help tool, thats what it's there for.
Your not going to get any better response using there PRIVATE email address.
They are given that email to contact other Staff and send things, eg. - moderation reports to the Community Manager and other moderators.

They are not lazy, there simple doing there job. How would you enjoy the pleasure of turning on your computer every morning and having to go through 100's of useless emails from habbos saying "i put ma furni in the box and click tick but they scamd me!!!111".
    Cheers

Yeh but what can we do, Hotel protests are stupid, Emailing them a complain is stupid, And we can't exactly protest in real life outside their office as it would look stupid
