Buying members pin

Hey, i'm new to buying members pins, but with some spare runescape currency lying around i have decided save my $12 aud and pay instead with my gp. This is my first time, so if anyone can explain the risks involved in using and buying one of these pins, it will be appreciated.

By the way, i'm willing to pay 950k for a member pin.

I would recomend you go first too somone trusted.
E.g alot of vouches...
And members pins are from 1m - 1.5M
