    Thanks to NintendoWorldReport for this. (UNCONFIRMED)

    As you can see it features a locking mechanism. it is unknown if this version has a stronger 'connector'

    IMO it is just idoits that have broken things with the Wii remote but not using the remote and strap correctly. I have had mine since christmas and have never came close to breaking tv or anything..
    Anyway a lock would be better as the one the now does slip down a little. =]

    I don't kow lol, as this start of reading the thread i though it was for strapping the console down or something lol! Somone saod something about smashin he TV in half, so my imagination activated ..
