My 1st HABBO style layout

As you have clicked onto the thread it seems you're interested. I am going to tell you a little about it. It has 3 boxes:
Banner
Navigation
Content
All of these are a good size. This is my 1st habbo layout and ive only EVER done 2 other non habbo layouts. I didn't C+P andthing and I have proof in the PSD's. I would like ?/10 and a reason. I would like suggestions to. Also do you think I could sell it?

7/10 i like the banner but further down the page i don't think it looks too good why this is i honestly don't no.

Ive added a banner and touched a few pixel mistakes up. Any offers goto webmarket and post there. BTW I really need help in selling it!!

Try putting dummy text and a dummy banner, the look of content will sucker the suckers into buying your layout.
