    Okay rs wont load just stays on white screen for like 30 mins i have posted some screenies so u can get the picture wth is taking up my usage?

    I can count 26 programs running in your task manager that you don't actually need to be running

    Try ending processes that you don't need at the time (for example, end Itunes, bluesoleil, google updater etc..)

    After you've ended some, try playing rs then.

    DON'T END SYSTEM TASKS THOUGH.

    I think there is a place where the programs that load on startup are listed and you can disable them. Ive seen it once but havent been able to find it again since. If you manage it give me a bell.

    Start > Run > Msconfig > Startup

    computers about 1 year old

    and i have virgin media brodband got a speedtouch adsl router
