Default Hypermobile Dislocation of the Patella

That's what I have, sounds great doesn't it?

It means that my knee cap moves too much, like, it's held on by 1 piece of cartilage and is VERY mobile and dislocates approximately 1-3 times a year and I can't walk for about a week after every time it dislocates.

I've learnt to realise when it's going to dislocate now and can do something, weird, to prevent it from happening which is a good thing but it can dislocate at any time.

I was wondering whether anyone else has this problem or knows about it?
