What a sharade!

Hey guys,

I need to blow some steam off at Devon County Council at the moment, for denying my application to have a £240 Rail Pass for the year. Their reason was that 'South Devon College' is the assigned FE school, to study a Diploma for IT, at my address. The thing is though, I want to go to Exeter College which is in fact, closer to my current address, and if I wanted to go to South Devon College I'd have to catch the train and then walk half an hour, whereas on Exeter College, the train station is literally outside the college. LITERALLY.

O_______O Devon County Council have NO sense of reality and how much cheaper it'd be to go to Exeter College... Otherwise it'll cost me £120 a month to go to Exeter College, now where the hell is the fairness in that?

Education sucks, seriously. LOL. Any of you had some... issues, with stuff relating to this in your area? :rolleyes:
