i keep getting the same message if i try and log in to the client. install plugin. i tryed installing but it fails all the time, so i did a manual installation of shockwave and it still doesnt work. how can i make it happen?

For the manual install on FireFox, go to http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/downl...r_Version=MSIE
That should be the right one, the Slim install.
