    Default word vomit...no actual vomit

Ok. Just so you all know what I'm on about - I have an eating problem, but only whilst I'm outside.

Today, I was up the city with my friends and I got a pasty frog sayers (H). Anyway, I took advice from my last thread and decided to sit down whilst I ate it and wait for it to settle before I started to move again. Sadly, it wasn't like before my friend had to get her bus home so I was up and moving anyway in no time -.-'.

After one of my mates got the bus home, me and Leanne went asda and then starting walking to the cinema and I was about to speak but then I was sick no the floor.. it was so embarrising I did it infront of loads of people .

I got worried after this being the 3rd time now so I've just told my mum and she said I might have an edgy stomach when I'm out because I'm nervous. (I told her that I feel uncomfortable when I'm out because of what other people might think of me) so yeah, do you think a nervous stomach could be causing this??

    My old thread:
This started happening a few weeks ago and happened again last night. Everytime I go out with my friends and I have something to eat and then go walking around and stuff, I start to feel sick and then after about 30 Mins of walking around in pain I actually am physically sick.

Last night I was in Wales with a few friends and we had to walk to this field to goto a party but we got some chips from the chip shop before because we were all starving. Anyway, after eating the chips and walking for about an hour I started feeling sick again and I hoped it wouldn't ruin my night. In the end it did and when I had some alcohol it kind of got worse. I ended up being sick anyway, and I think the alcohol caused me to be sick but it wasn't just that because I only had a little bit and I felt sick beforehand anyway.

This always happens but only when I eat something like Mc Donalds or Pizza hut (Btw, Im not fat). And when I've eaten them I've felt really full and I think when ever I get full I'm sick as I have a problem with food anywhere because I hardly eat through the day (not my choice - I jsut always forget to, infact I love food) so I am usually feeling hungry but when I eat too much outside like a meal then I feel sick.

It doesn't happen when I'm at home though, so Im wondering whether it's Home sickness :S but I would rather be out with my friends than be at home anyway and I was getting drunk last night so I didn't want to go home. Or, I just have a problem with eating too much food, which I hope it isn't because people are starting to think I'm bolemic(Sp?) but don't they force themselves to be sick? I don't I am just sick normally, I don't stick things down my throat or anything.

So, any advice/ideas on what it is and how I help stop it?

Maybe you have a food intollerence or cant digest processed food. It happened to my friend who as a ceiliac, because of the gluten. But like said go see a doctor or a natropath.

    →he said call me now
    →and id come a running
→If you'd call me now baby id come a running.

Sounds like u may be walking and upsetting your stomach.
sitting down is good, but i suggest carrying a bottle of water with you and after every few bits stop and take a drink to digest it a bit easier, water will settle your stomach a bit more than fizzy pop or something, you might be eating to fast to digest it and basicly having big hiccups and brining it back up. slow down and take sips of water inbetween.
Hope this helps and try not to move as much just walk slowly if you feel like a fool just tell your freinds you are having difficulty eating at the moment im sure theyll understand.
