HabboCouncil not removing layout I bought!

Heya!

Well, You buy a layout off someone, and you'd expect them to remove it / not use it the minute it is bought.

I recently bought a layout off HabboCouncil about 2 weeks ago, He's still not removed it from his site, I COPYRIGHTED the layout to my website, but I have asked him on a few occasions to remove it and he still hasn't.

I think it would be to much to do contacting my copyright company about it as he'd probably be fined for a good few pounds.

What should I do?

Well buying/selling a layout with Habbos images is illegal, so you cant sue or fine them.

Did they say they would remove it from the site? Otherwise you both have the right to use it.

I agreed not to re-sell not to say i wouldnt use, and he didnt say anything like that until he purchased it
